By using Tunary (the website at tunary.io and its tools), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Tunary is a free, browser-based guitar tuner and practice toolset provided for personal, non-commercial use. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may make the service unavailable for maintenance or other reasons without notice.
Tunary is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pitch detection depends on your microphone, device, and surroundings, and results may not always be accurate. You use Tunary at your own risk. Tunary is a practice aid and is not a substitute for professional setup or a calibrated instrument. We are not responsible for any consequences of relying on it — including any damage to strings, instruments, or equipment from over-tightening or mis-tuning. Always tune carefully.
Tunary contains affiliate links (for example to Amazon and to online lesson platforms). If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, Tunary earns from qualifying purchases. Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay.
The Tunary name, design, and content are owned by Tunary or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may use the tool as intended, but you may not copy, resell, or pass off the site or its branding as your own.
Where we offer an embeddable version, you may place it on your own website using the provided method, provided you do not alter it, remove attribution, or present it in a misleading way. We may withdraw embedding permission at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tunary and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date shows when. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
